Once all the required documents are received of the desired program, the student will receive a Finance Guarantee Letter, which states a breakdown of one semester tuition accommodation and services.
This stage is not required from scholarship students, once the student meets the admission criteria for the scholarship and submits the require documents, the Government Affairs Office will start the visa process.
Once the payment is received, Effat Government Affairs Office will raise a request for a student visa to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The student visa approval require 6 to 8 months minimum.
Once Effat receive the approval of the student visa from the Ministry of Foreign Affair, Effat will send a copy to the student.
In order to issue the visa, the approval letter and the passport are required by the Saudi Embassy at the student’s home country.
One the visa is issued by the Saudi Authorities, the student is expected to send the flight information to the International Office to make the necessary arrangements for pick up from King Abdul-Aziz Airport to Effat Residence.
