- To meet or exceed stakeholder expectations of educational processes in higher education.
- To support a student centered educational model based on student engagement.
- To provide database support as evidence of excellence in education in all fields of endeavor.
- To assure the establishment of Quality Assurance systems to support excellence in education as recognized by national accreditation of baccalaureate programs of Effat University.
- To secure national and international accreditation for the University baccalaureate programs.
- To coordinate with National and International Accreditation and Quality Assurance in the design of systems to support excellence in higher education.
- To develop institutional partners in higher education to support the quality assurance model of Effat University
- To encourage partnerships to participate in program design and development as well as program assessment and curriculum review.
- To implement quality system for the benefit of students, faculty and staff this results in an education of excellence in the students chosen fields of Professional Practice by 2009.
- To ensure Quality Assurance culture based on the knowledge and skills associated with the QA strategic concepts and principles.
- Implementation of training programs and workshops for faculty members and administrators of Effat University and the higher education community.To be offered annually.
- To design and implementation of specialized training and technical assistance for faculty and staff annually.
