What’s our purpose?

The Office of Student Life (OSL) seeks to provide a range of extra-curricular experiences designed to supplement students' classroom experience and contribute to their personal development. Staff members encourage students to create and participate in intellectual, artistic, social, recreational and multicultural activities; to assume campus leadership and governance responsibilities; to develop positive interpersonal relationships and skills within groups; to explore different cultures, ideas and experiences; and to put their learning into practice. Effat University support students through various forms, through awards, prizes, Value Points system and TRIPS!

What do we do?

OSL is responsible for coordinating all clubs and extra-curricular activities, events and trips on and off campus. Students and representatives of Student Committee and Clubs are always welcome to make suggestions and requests, and to help in arranging for these events.

Student Life Events

A series of special events for students are planned throughout the semester. Barbecues, field trips, National Day, an annual Career Fair and Speaker of the Month are just some of the special events that help bring the Effat University community together. In addition, community cooperation is also encouraged through extracurricular activities with local schools, colleges and universities.
