Mission

Provide excellent, efficient and supportive General Services to Effat University students, faculty and staff through benchmarking, commitment to excellence, innovation, professional staff and international standardization.​​​​

Goals

  1. ​​Enhance and promote General Services unit’s presence and impact to Effat community

  2. To enhance and ensure   positive, professional and productive work environment. 

  3. Compliance​ with all international and national quality requirements for all General services units by accrediting bodies

  4. Provide excellent services to the academic programs by providing the best resources and fulfilling the need. 

  5. To provide dynamic and highest quality services to the students

  6. To provide healthy environment to individual students and group study and maintain the state of our campus resources and facilities

  7. To continue implementing the campus Master plan and enhance sustainable working.

  8. To work within University’s budget and find sponsors to strengthen financial stability. ​

  9. Recruit qualified and experienced staff and support their professional development.

  10. Provide quality services to support all research activities

  11. Build and sustain internal and external relations and interactions with the community.​​
