Dr. Mohammed Bagader is an Assistant Professor at the College of Architecture and Design at Effat University. Dr. Bagader holds BA in Landscape Architecture from King Abdul Aziz University (2008), an MA in Architecture from University of Liverpool – England (2010), and a PhD also in Architecture, from the University of Manchester – England (2016). The PhD thesis entitled “The Evolution of Built Heritage Conservation Policies in Saudi Arabia between 1970 and 2015: The Case of Historic Jeddah."
Dr. Bagader joined Effat University in February 2017, he had worked for short time in couple of a local firms then moved to the UK to do his postgraduate studies – King Abdallah Scholarships Program.
Dr. Bagader's research interests lie mainly in the Islamic built heritage in general and the Saudi in particular. Dr. Bagader is the supervisor of Erth Club at Effat University with some roles in the Design department. Dr. Bagader is a member of many scientific organizations, and he also participated in number of conferences locally and internationally.
