IoT Poster Competition

Call for projects

Effat University is proud to host the “15th Learning and Technology Conference" organized by the College of Engineering and cordially invite you to present your project and to participate in the poster session scheduled February 25th-26th, 2018. The theme for the conference this year is: Internet of Things and Smart Systems.

Open to all students, the poster competition gives students a chance to share and discuss their work and gives them valuable experience in presenting at the “15th Learning and Technology Conference". The event also offers everyone the chance to find out what other types of research is being carried out at Effat University and the latest knowhow, expertise and business development on the fields of Virtual Reality and multi-dimensional environments at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The best posters will be awarded prizes and gifts. Effat's Certification of participation will be distributed to all students who will give an oral presentation for their posters. 

  • Deadline for submission of poster:                                                             10/02/2018
  • Notification of acceptance dates:                                                               15/02/2018                                                               
  • Conference with poster session&oral presentations of selected posters   25/02/2018 (1:00-2:00pm)

Guidelines for posters

  • Preferred size: A4
  • File size: 2MB max.
  • File format: Only PDF
Details regarding displaying the poster at the conference will be given early February.
