Dr. Hanen Charni is an Assistant Professor in Marketing at Effat College of Business. She holds a PhD in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and a Master in Marketing from the Higher Institute of Management in Tunis. Dr. Charni has also served as the dean of Effat College of Business from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining Effat University, Dr. Charni worked as a Lecturer in Marketing at University of Quebec in Montreal.
At both institutions, she taught core and advanced level courses in Marketing and Management. She has also contributed to curriculum review and development (Undergraduate, Master and PhD levels) and was leading the national (NCAAA) and international (AACSB) accreditation processes of the College.
Dr. Charni’s research interests are in the areas of services marketing, relationship marketing, ethical marketing, value creation and organic products. She is a member of the “Chaire en Management des Services Financiers”.
