Quality Assurance Manual
The Quality Assurance Manual was developed starting 2014 and completed in the year 2015 and was revised in 2018 and published in 2019. The manual, which is aligned to the eight national quality standards set by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) belonging to the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC). In 2022, when NCAAA updated its quality standards, Effat University updated the manual. Another revision was done in 2023 to include all the internal KPIs used in measuring the 2022-2027 operational plan as well as the updated NCAAA KPIs. The Quality Assurance Manual is the document followed by all Effat University Units to ensure the quality of their operations in terms of its inputs, processes and outputs. The Manual is also supported by a number of policies and procedures related to Internal Quality Audits, Accreditation and Re-accreditation, Institutional Surveys, Institutional Research, and External Benchmarking to ensure that the work of the Deanship of Quality Assurance is well-documented and managed. These policies were also revised in 2022.
