Mission

Human Resources Management promotes excellence in Effat employee by recognizing them as the human capital that drives university success, strengthening employer-employee relationships, offering innovating compensation and benefits packages and investing in the development to improve Effat’s image; therefore, creating Effat as an employer of choice  

Goals

1. ​​​Developing Human Resources services and deepening the presence of Effat university to be recognized within Saudi Arabia and internationally.
   

2. Nourishing an inspirational work environment with a strong family spirit by encouraging effective two-way communication, paying Attention to the Employees’ ideas, professional ethical consideration, participating decision making, appreciate outstanding achievements and have entertainment at work.
   

3. Support the university to maintain national accreditation, obtaining the international accreditation and QS ranking by creating the proper KPI’s which will measure the HR activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness; next benchmarking with top Competitive national Universities 
   

4. Ensure the availability of highly qualified diverse workforce with high credentials to achieve the required ranks thus reaching the academic excellence in teaching, research, and community service
   

5. Create opportunities for Effat alumnae’s and support student employment and internship
   

6. Create positive and dynamic learning environment by Integrating and optimizing information technology to help Effat employees acquire knowledge and ensure high quality services. 
   

7. Promote a sustainable working environment for Faculty and Staff through ensuring suitable office space, adequate equipment and ensure that they receive the appropriate training for effective access to the available information technology and resources.   
   

8. Contributing to Effat’s overall sustainable financial health through effective budgeting and cost saving, retention competent Faculty and Staff, and promotion of Effat’s scholarly and professional expertise for consultative fund generating opportunities.
   

9. Maintain and enhance efforts to recruit, nurture, and retain a diverse faculty and staff in order to make Effat community a place of choice
   

10. Recruitment, and retention of outstanding researchers, award winning scholars, and distinguished academicians alongside the flexible accommodation of visiting scholars and research associates
    

11. Enhance the internal relationships and support Effat’s commitment to serving society through collaborations and partnerships of Faculty and Staff with the community in the various areas of teaching, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and social service.​
