Dr. Saeed Mian Qaisar is basically an Electrical Engineer with specialization in Electronics and Communication. Later on he has received his Masters and PhD degrees both in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Grenoble Alpes University, Grenoble, France in 2005 and 2009 respectively. After that he did a postdoctoral stay in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France. Onward he has worked on different R&D leading positions in different French institutions and industries. His sectors of interest are Biomedical, Energy, Telecommunication and Nuclear Imaging. He has an on hand industrial and teaching experience in Computer Architecture, Signal Processing & Analysis, Electronics, Embedded systems, Machine Learning, Circuits and Systems, Programming languages and Firmware.
