Effat University Residence (2)
University Residence (2) is the Residence's student accommodation: single and double rooms, fully furnished and built around student life. It suits students and single occupants who want a quiet, focused place to live close to campus.
Every room is cleaned weekly and comes with its own bathroom. Residents share a kitchen on each floor, and one room category includes a private kitchenette. Rooms are available from a single night to a full year, in six sizes from 24 to 50 square metres.
