Abstract Submissions

Authors are requested to submit their abstracts electronically using the online conference system EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=12thicbf

If you used this system before, you may use the same login details. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you will need to create an EasyChair account at https://easychair.org/account2/create. Upon completion of registration, you will receive a notification email, after which you will need to log in and submit your abstract in PDF format.

Abstract Requirements

• All abstracts must be written in clear and concise English and should not exceed 500 words.
• Abstracts must be formatted using 12-point Times New Roman font, single spacing, and submitted in PDF format.
• Authors should avoid including tables, graphs, or images within the abstract.
• Each abstract must include the title of the paper; full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors; a clear statement of the purpose of the research; the methodology or approach used; key findings or expected results; the originality and contribution of the research to the field; and three to five relevant keywords.
• The abstract must demonstrate clear relevance to the main conference theme or to one of the specified conference tracks. All submitted abstracts will undergo a blind review process conducted by the scientific committee.

Full Paper Submissions

• Accepted authors will be invited to submit a full paper with a maximum length of 8,000 words for peer review.
• Papers should describe original completed work rather than intended work.
• A paper accepted for presentation cannot be presented, or has been presented, at any other venue with publicly available published proceedings.
• Papers that are being submitted to other conferences or workshops must indicate this on the title page.

Presentations and Publication

• An accepted paper may have more than one author; however, the main presenter at the conference must be specified.
• Selected presenters may be invited to further develop their papers for publication opportunities associated with the conference partner journals or book series. Publication fees may apply where relevant.
