World Arabic Language Day, December 18, 2019
Effat University celebrates the World Arabic Language Day, 2019, as a most important day of its modern calendar. It is a day in which faculty and students express their pride in their language, the language of the Holy Qur’an and the Arabic and Islamic heritage. Since 2012, World Arabic Language Day has been yearly celebrated as the sixth official language of the United Nations Organization. Spoken daily by more than 290 million people, Arabic is the fourth largest language in the world. Congratulations to all of us on this glorious day.
