    Effat University Launches the 22nd International Learning and Technology Conference: “Human-Machine Dynamics: Fueling a Sustainable Future”

    January 15, 2025 – Under the esteemed patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Lolowah Al-Faisal, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and General Supervisor of Effat University, the university launched the 22nd International Learning and Technology Conference on January 15 and 16, 2025, at its campus in Jeddah. The conference welcomed over 350 participants from 30 countries to explore this year’s theme: “Human-Machine Dynamics: Fueling a Sustainable Future.”

    ​​The conference featured interactive sessions, including keynote speeches, a panel discussion, and workshops, all showcasing the latest advancements in human-machine dynamics. These sessions highlighted Effat University's commitment to innovation and excellence in academia and industry.

    Keynote speeches were delivered by prominent figures, including:

    • Dr. Dina Hassan Alnahdi, CEO of CES Consulting, Saudi Arabia.

    • Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini, Distinguished Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at KAUST.

    • Professor Ahmed Hassan, President of El Sewedy University of Technology.

    The event also garnered support from esteemed sponsors, including IEEE Western Region (Saudi Arabia), Huawei, the Artificial Intelligence and Sensor Research Center at the University of Tabuk, and Le Traiteur restaurant.

    A scientific competition for high school students under the theme “Human-Machine Integration" featured creative ideas from 30 local schools.
