Effat University Celebrates the 95th Saudi National Day Under the theme: “Pride in Our Nature”

Jeddah, 22 September 2025 – Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Lolowah Al Faisal, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and General Supervisor of Effat University, Effat University celebrated the 95th Saudi National Day in a special ceremony held under this year’s theme, “Pride in Our Nature.”
The celebration was attended by Dr. Haifa Reda Jamal Al-Lail, President of Effat University; and Dr. Aqila Srirat, Vice President for Academic Affairs; along with distinguished guests, members of the academic and administrative staff, and Effat Ambassadors.
The ceremony began with the Saudi national anthem, followed by a recitation from the Holy Qur'an. Guests then enjoyed a patriotic performance presented by Dar Al-Hanan Schools, featuring a musical operetta that expressed pride and belonging to the Kingdom.
The event also featured the traditional Saudi Ardah, showcasing the authenticity of Saudi heritage and national identity. Inspiring speeches were delivered by honored guests, including Mr. Ahmed Hegazy, Mr. Tamer Khalil, and consultant Dalia Al-Shareef Al-Abdali.
Commenting on the occasion, Her Excellency Dr. Haifa Reda Jamal Al-Lail stated:
“National Day is a moment in which we remember the Kingdom's rich history, celebrate what we have achieved, and renew our commitment to our national values and authentic identity."
The celebration concluded with a group photograph of all attendees, capturing this memorable patriotic moment and reaffirming pride in the nation's history and identity. The audience expressed their commitment to a bright future that reflects this year's theme: “Pride in Our Nature."
Effat University extended its gratitude to all guests for their attendance and contribution to the success of the celebration, wishing the Kingdom continued pride, prosperity, and progress.
