Submission Guidelines (EasyChair)

​​​Paper Submission

Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference system EasyChair. You may use the same login details if you have used this system. If this is your first time using EasyChair, you must create an EasyChair Account at https://easychair.org/account2/create​ ​ ​. After you complete registration, you will receive an email notification from EasyChair, after which you must log in and submit your paper in PDF format.

Abstract Requirements

  1. Language: All abstracts must be written in clear and concise English.
  2. Length: The abstract should not exceed 500 words.
  3. Format:
    • ​​Use 12-point Times New Roman font.
    • Single spacing.
    • Submit in PDF format.
    • No tables, graphs, or images are allowed in the abstract.
  4. ​Content: Abstracts must include the following elements:
    • ​​Title of the paper.
    • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of the author(s).
    • Purpose of the research.
    • Methodology/approach.
    • Key findings or expected results.
    • Originality and contribution to the field.
    • Keywords (3 to 5).
  5. ​Relevance to Conference Theme: The abstract must align with the conference theme or one of the sub-tracks.
  6. Submission Process: 
    • ​Abstracts must be submitted via the official conference submission portal or a designated email address (TBA). 
    • Each submission will be acknowledged via email.
  7. Review and Notification: 
    • ​All abstracts will undergo a blind review by the scientific committee. 
    • Notification of acceptance will be sent within two weeks of submission.
Full Paper Submissions
  • ​Accepted authors will be invited to submit a full paper (maximum 8,000 words) for peer review.
  • Notification of acceptance or requests for revision will be sent within two weeks of submission. 
  • Recommended research papers will be included in the conference proceedings as well as a special edition of the Middle East Journal of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Sustainable Development, and partner journals.
  • Papers should describe original work that has been completed, rather than planned work. A paper accepted for presentation cannot have been presented or published at any other venue with publicly available proceedings. Papers submitted to other conferences or workshops must indicate this on the title page.


Presentations & Publication

  • ​An accepted paper may have more than one author; however, the main presenter at the conference must be specified. 
  • Selected presenters may be asked to develop their papers for an internationally peer-reviewed volume on the topic as conference proceedings. Presenters might be required to pay a publication fee.​
