Participants and attendees are responsible for the Saudi visit visa application process. The visa type available for participants/attendees is a tourist visa; accordingly, participants/attendees must take into consideration the following:
Eligibility
Foreign nationals from 68 countries are eligible to apply for the Saudi Arabia e-Visa online. GCC residents holding a residency visa valid for at least three months can also apply online for the Saudi Arabia e-Visa. Foreign nationals eligible to obtain a Saudi visa on arrival are recommended to apply online for the Saudi tourist e-Visa in advance, to avoid airport lines and potential delays.
Validity
Any visit visa issued by Saudi Arabia is typically valid for one year and permits a maximum stay of 90 days in Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise specified. Saudi Arabia tourist visas are processed on a case-by-case basis. They may be issued with a 3-month validity period, allowing the holder a maximum stay of 1 month in Saudi Arabia. It is advisable to check the Saudi Arabia visa you have been issued to avoid overstaying in Saudi Arabia.
Processing Time
Applying for a Saudi Arabia electronic visa is a quick and straightforward process. Once approved, applicants can receive their Saudi Arabia tourist e-Visa within 24 hours.

Passport
Applicants must have a valid passport, which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Saudi Arabia, or one that meets the reciprocity requirements.
Personal Photos
Applicant must submit one recent color photo, against a white background, 2x2 inches, 5 to 100 KB, natural facial expressions, 80% face, no eyeglasses, no headwear, except for religious reasons.

Please note that visa applicants must be over 18 years old to apply without a parent or legal guardian.
Saudi Business Visit Visa for Keynote Speakers
If you are a speaker, Effat University will apply for a Saudi business visit visa on your behalf.
The Saudi business visit visa can be issued as a single-entry visit visa valid for 90 days, allowing a 30-day stay (extendable).
