Why Attend?

Mission RedCode is a 3-day immersive space and STEM bootcamp at Effat University. Students work in teams to take on a real engineering challenge, building skills in coding, rocket science, AI, design, and communication along the way. Every session is hands-on. Every team leaves with a project they built, data they collected, and a presentation they delivered to a real audience.

  • Hands-on STEM across rockets, AI, coding, and 3D design
  •  Team-based challenges with mixed-age, mixed-gender groups
  •  Mentorship from space industry educators and specialists
  •  Public presentation to a live audience on Day 3
  •  Certificates, awards, and a closing ceremony for all participants Delivered by Stemaiverse in partnership with Effat University and supported by the Space Prize Foundation.

Program Objectives and Expected Learning Outcomes

The core aim is to equip the next generation of innovators with the skills needed to solve problems in space-related scenarios. Expected learning outcomes include:

  • Technical Skills: Mastery of foundational Project-Based Learning (PBL), space skills, and AI integration (including supply data tracking to Mars using rocket data and AI video generation)
  • Digital Literacy: Introduction to coding, daily vlogging, and technical logbook management.
  • Practical Engineering: Hands-on experience with Team Rocket design, assembly, and testing.
  • Career Inspiration: Students will hear firsthand from former NASA specialists and other space experts and explore a wide range of diverse space-related careers, all while having fun throughout the process.
  • Soft Skills: Collaboration through designated astronaut roles, team dynamics, communication via "final transmission" capstone presentations, and critical thinking.
