Safe AI for Future Education
April 1-2, 2026 / Shawwal 13-14, 1447
Effat University, Jeddah, KSA
Held with the 23rd International Learning and Technology Conference (23rd L&T)
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming education through personalized learning, adaptive assessment, intelligent tutoring systems, and predictive analytics. However, the adoption of AI in education raises critical concerns around safety, security, privacy, ethics, bias, transparency, and accountability. Without addressing these issues, AI risks undermining trust in education systems rather than strengthening them.
The motivation for this workshop is to ensure that the future of AI in education is safe, ethical, and trustworthy. By focusing on responsible AI practices, this workshop seeks to shape a vision of education where AI supports inclusivity, protects learner rights, and aligns with institutional and societal values.

The workshop aims to:
- Provide a platform for researchers and practitioners to present original research articles, theoretical frameworks, and case studies on Safe AI in education.
